Your school pays the photography fee. I photograph the celebration, professionally edit the images, and deliver the finished digital collection to the school. The school shares a password-protected online gallery link with all students, parents and guardians. Families can download unlimited complimentary high-resolution JPEGs of their favourites. How to Book
1. Send your date, location and package. Schools add the school name, venue, guest count and times.
2. Agree the plan, total quote, booking terms and delivery timeframe.
3. Enjoy relaxed portraits or planned event coverage.
4. View and download your edited gallery. For Prom Celebration, each student household chooses 10 complimentary downloads; extra photographs and prints are optional.
Book before transport time, allow a buffer, bring comfortable shoes, check venue permissions and agree a wet-weather alternative. Avoid sharing student names unnecessarily.

Is this a private session or event coverage?
Pre-prom collections are private portraits before you leave. Our school prom collections cover the official event and must be booked by the organiser.
Can friends join?
A partner or friend may join selected Signature or Complete photographs. Multiple attendees wanting their own full individual portraits are quoted separately.
What happens if it rains?
We agree a suitable sheltered or indoor alternative beforehand, subject to access and venue permission.
Can under-18s book?
A parent or guardian books and attends private sessions for under-18s. For school events, the organiser remains responsible for supervision and safeguarding.
How are permissions handled?
School organisers coordinate photography permissions, photo opt-outs and a named contact before the event. Marketing use is agreed separately; booking does not mean automatic publicity permission.
Are digital images and prints included?
Individual collections include their stated downloads. Prom Celebration — School-Funded includes the edited collection supplied to the school and 10 complimentary downloads per student household. Prom Choice — No School Fee includes no complimentary files; parents order only what they want. Prints and wall art are optional extras. No on-site printing is included.
Who can access the gallery?
Private sessions have a private gallery. School events use a password-protected shared gallery for authorised attendees and families; people with access may see other guests’ photographs.
When will photographs be ready?
The delivery timeframe is confirmed before booking. Images are edited for a polished, natural finish.
Does Prom Choice mean free photographs?
No. Prom Choice has £0 attendance for qualifying events, but no finished files, prints or school-use images are included. Parents may order photographs, but there is no obligation to buy.
